Reporting a repair as a tenant
If you already rent a home through us, the quickest way to report a repair is to email fix@mrapm.co.uk or choose the tenant option in the form. Please include your address, a short description of the problem and, if you can, a photo. Our tenant team will get back to you. If something puts people or the property at immediate risk, such as a gas leak, fire or serious flooding, call the relevant emergency service first.
